Online Presence

On Tuesday, we looked at our online presence. This was a way see what kinds of things we could find about ourselves. All we did was google "First Name Last Name" and see what came up. We first did it with a random kid we found. All that came up was a couple of social media sites, but we were able to see what kinds of things they follow. If we could see that kind of stuff that easily, imagine what an employer could find on you. Later that day, I googled myself to see what came up. It was pretty much the same. I saw some social media sites, and some sports stats from high school activities. This was a great activity to show us what kind of footprint we have left, and how easy it is to see.
